It may well happen that the system or you manually assigned the wrong document to a transaction. Below you will learn how to solve this.

Cancel reconciliation
Since this feature is not unlocked for our users for security reasons, please contact support, they will do it for you.
Scroll down a bit in the menu on the left until you see the ⨠Help & feedback menu item. Click it to reveal the sub-items.
Three options will appear to contact the support team:
a. Live Chat - chat with support directly from the platform and receive a response within minutes.
b. Send an email.
c. Call us directly.
❗ Tip: Write to us directly in the chat based on the date and amount of the transaction, this way your request will be processed the fastest.
Once the transaction is resolved from the receipt, the receipt status will be back to "Paid" and the transaction will reappear in the ⨠Bookkeeping ⨠Reconciliation menu, in the ⨠pending tab.
