How do I create article templates for invoicing?

Here we'll show you how to create an article template so that you don't have to enter the articles individually when creating an invoice.

Where can I find this function?

Navigate to ⨠Sales ⨠Item templates. Here you can create new article templates.

Create article template

  1. Click ⨠ + New item template.

  2. Specify the title, description, quantity, unit, price, currency, VAT and account.

  3. Press ⨠save.

Edit article template

To do this, click the ⨠eye icon or the ⨠trash can to edit or delete the article templates.

Select article template

Once you have created the item templates, you can select them in all sales modules.
