Accounto usage phases

What is needed to fully exploit the potential of Accounto?

To use the full potential of Accounto it is important to know if you are already using Accounto to its full potential. We have set up these phases so that you can quickly determine what is still missing so that Accounto can be used to its full potential.

Phase 1:

Digitization completed!

Documents as well as bank transactions are automatically submitted to Accounto on a daily basis.

Options: Self-scanning, external scanning service in use or suppliers use inbound email address directly. Bank transactions via EBICS

Phase 2:

Communication exclusively via Accounto!

The task tool is used for communication between customer and trustee as well as internally at the customer or trustee.

Document, transaction or task related issues are created, assigned and completed using tasks in Accounto.

Queries on an accounting related topic are always made via tasks or comments in Accounto.

Emails or other communication media are no longer used.

Phase 3:

Accounto is up to date!

Accounts payable and accounts receivable are up to date and correct.

No transactions or documents are pending or escalated older than one week.

Therefore it is possible to create a daily updated account at any time.

Accounto is used regularly and open tasks are processed quickly.

As soon as all phases are reached, the full potential of Accounto can be used and the accounting is up to date at any time!
