Importing CAMT files
1. Upload CAMT file
Open Data Flows > CAMT Imports in the client view.
Click UPLOAD CAMT FILE in the top right corner.
Select the CAMT file you want to import.
Click SAVE to start the import.
Important:
Make sure the bank account has been set up correctly before uploading the CAMT file.
If no bank account has been set up yet, create one first.
2. Check the import
After uploading, the CAMT file is processed and the transactions are created automatically.
You can check the import under Data Flows > CAMT Imports.
The following information is displayed:
Import status
Number of imported transactions
Possible error messages
Please note:
The import is processed in full or not at all. Either all transactions in a CAMT file are imported or none are. Partial imports are not possible.
3. Remove an import
A completed CAMT import can be removed if necessary.
Open Data Flows > CAMT Imports.
Select the relevant import.
Remove the import.
Important:
Removing an import generally deletes all associated transactions.
However, transactions cannot be deleted if they:
have already been reconciled,
belong to a closed financial year, or
are included in a VAT declaration.
