Where can I find this function?

In the view of the account statements or the journal, you can easily define personal filters that you can save as a quick view for direct access. In addition, the columns and order can be customized according to your needs. This way you always keep track of your bookings.

Go directly to Accounto PowerUser.

Account statements / Journal

  1. Filter by fiscal year or define a user-defined period.

  2. Select the specific accounts or define an entire range.

  3. You can easily switch between the selected accounts.

    TIP: With shift + → ← you can switch between the tabs

  4. All columns can be filtered individually according to your needs.

  5. By clicking on the title, the columns can be sorted as desired.

  6. Here you can show or hide the columns user-defined.

  7. If you regularly use the same filter settings, e.g. to check various accounts or need certain numbers for a further calculation, the personalized filter settings can easily be saved as a quick view. Here you can see all your saved filters.

  8. Once the filter has been defined according to your wishes, click ⨠save.

  9. Here you can rename or delete the saved filters.

Further possibilities are the creation of a Quick view to filter for specific creditors or debtors. This way you can provide the customer with information about one of his most important customers or suppliers with just one click.

Or filter only foreign currency amounts on the expense accounts to determine whether a foreign currency account is worthwhile for the customer. With one click you can always see immediately the total of all foreign currency entries thanks to the Quick view.
