Where can I find this function?
Navigate to ⨠ Employees ⨠ + Add employee. Here you can invite new users on the Accounto platform.
Invite new user / employee(s)
Navigate to ⨠Employees and click ⨠+ Add employee.
Enter the first name.
Enter the last name.
Enter the email address where the invitation will be sent.
Does the employee get paid wages through Accounto? Then activate the salary.
Does the employee get access to Accounto? Then check the access.
If you check this box, the employee will have access to all company data.
If the employee should have limited access to Accounto, you can select the accesses here.
If the employee(s) should only upload their expense receipts and see their pay stubs, you can check this box.
Click ⨠Save.
The employee did not receive the invitation?
If the employee did not receive the invitation, you can resend the invitation. To do this, click ⨠Resend invitation.
Also tell your employee to look in SPAM.
